One more thing I like about our state. It takes a judge to revoke your permit after being charged with an offense.

If I may offer an update Meleanie got her LTCF (License to carry a firearm) back, and is suing the sheriff.  We have several ongoing law suits over harrassment of open carriers going on in Pennsylvania.  If your interested please visit us at www.pafoa.org and www.paopencarry.org  I use the same screenname all over so please say hi if you visit Wink
