That sure is true!  Although when you have someone who doesn't care about the law, not sure what he can do.

True. I have e-mails from the AG office stating that they are not authorized to bring suit to or enforce laws upon municipalities that go against state law. It has to be done by a citizen and I am very willing to bet that Nichols is aware of this. I kind of wonder why they even bother having laws that keep municipalities from doing things if there is no agency to enforce them.
