Hey all-

Im 37 years old and live in Superior California

Ive been a handgun owner for about 14 years. Most of my carry has been under the privilege despensed by a license to carry concealed, but about a year ago, I started occasionally carrying loaded and exposed in unincorporated California and unloaded exposed where it is still legal.

First, welcome!  Although we are quite new, once word gets out I hope this to be a very active place for those of us who value our 2A rights and our OpenCarry rights to gather.

Wow, you mean in the PRC you can only carry openly when unloaded?  What, you're expected to take the firearm and throw it at em?   Smiley

LOL- Nope.

Actually it only has to be unloaded in incorporated areas, like inside city limits. Or, in any area where discharge is prohibited. Imagine- tens of thousands of acres of rural California, National Forests, and "Red State" enclaves where loaded and exposed carry is legal. Its a beautiful thing... just stay away from schools and public roads...Grin Grin

If I did need deadly force, Im abiout 4-7 seconds from holstered 'rock' to 'rock and roll'.

I'd say that is better than not having the ability to carry a weapon at all.

Hey, I'm surprised they even allow that much, so I'm sure not going to complain.  Sometimes when we here who have not too bad rights start complaining too much, it puts us in our place hearing about people much worse off.

Feel free to use the forums as you wish, heck, if you get enough CA interest we can even get you your own section!
