HR 2640 looks like it might not get out of the senate.  Here's a memorable quote:

The longer we are away from the emotional issues, the more we, the public look at the facts surrounding the events like VT.  One fact hard to ignore.  The presence of an armed person other than the gunman, inside that locked classroom, would have forced a different outcome.  

That's a fact the "Brady Bunch" will never admit.
